2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. The estimated delivery time begins once your order has been processed and shipped.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic US): Estimated 5-10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic US): Estimated 2-4 business days. (Available at an additional cost)
- International Shipping (US & EU): Estimated 7-20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

3. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping (US):
- Orders over $50 USD qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
- For orders under $50 USD, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 will apply for Standard Shipping.
- Expedited shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- International Shipping (US & EU):
- Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.
- Please note that all prices are in USD. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
4. International Shipping
Candelares is proud to offer international shipping to customers in the United States (US) and the European Union (EU).
- Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
- Restricted Items: Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order. We are not responsible for items seized by customs.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package on the carrier’s website.
6. Important Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
- Lost or stolen packages: Candelares is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
